Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under the following circumstances:

* Wrong product delivered

* Damaged product received

* Defective product received

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

* Exchange request must be made within 30 days of receiving the order

* Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

* Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact

Non-Exchangeable Items

Exchanges or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

* Change of mind after purchase

* Minor color variations due to screen resolution or lighting

* Fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed, or used

Raviera Fabrics reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the above conditions are not fulfilled.
